About this seminar
How can shared, industry digital platforms and utilities deliver transformational benefits for your business and clients driving the consumer centric nature of your digital propositions?

The financial services industry is in a period of rapid change and new approaches need to be adopted to deliver consumer and adviser centric digital propositions.

Current digital technologies, originally developed by the major technology firms, are driving significant change for traditional banking, insurance, investment management and advisory services. Benefits include the opportunity to drive efficiencies, reduce costs, offer greater transparency and deliver better customer experiences.

Exploiting these digital technologies, both traditional and FinTech firms are now developing shared industry platforms and utilities to support the further acceleration of the driving transformational, digital change. The goal of these initiatives is to develop and engage a vibrant ecosystem of financial services firms in working together to create common consumer focused solutions that aid consumers in taking more control over their financial well-being.

There are, however, challenges to be overcome in developing these platforms and utilities. Issues such as liability, commercial models, technical approaches and adoption by firms and consumers need to be addressed.

This event will include key case studies of shared platforms where experience and opportunities will be shared.
