Phase I This is the only phase being currently being addressed, and is expected to be sufficient to meet the FSA’s requirements. Wrappers: • ISAs • SIPPs (assets only) • Bank deposit ISAs where they are to be transformed into stocks and shares or fund-based cash ISAs • Cash ISAs, to the extent that they concern money market or other funds that qualify to be held in a cash ISA. The transfer of cash ISAs is, however, out of scope. Investments: • Unit Trusts - UK Registered • OEIC - UK Registered • Cash Transfers: • Nominee to nominee • Fund Manager to Fund Manager • Fund Manager to Nominee • Customer’s own name to nominee • Nominee to Fund Manager • Nominee to customer’s own name Phase II This will only be addressed once Phase 1 has been achieved, and only if the industry agrees. Other ISA-eligible transferable investments such as: • Stocks & shares - UK Registered • Investment Trusts - UK Registered • Corporate Bonds - UK Registered Phase III This will only be addressed once Phases 1 and 2 have been achieved, and only if the industry agrees.
