ABOUT THIS EVENT
This half-day in-person session is intended to provide attendees with practical takeaways to help you successfully embed good outcomes into your business and operating model and thus support ongoing compliance with the Consumer Duty. We will provide an understanding of what good outcomes definition, monitoring and oversight looks like, including:
- How to define good outcomes that are appropriate to the context of your business, customers and value proposition.
- How to develop intuitive indicators and measures that facilitate effective month-to-month oversight and action in relation to customer outcomes, including where there is material 3rd party influence on those outcomes.
- How to provide assurance around the actual outcomes delivered to customers, including 2nd and 3rd line responsibilities / capabilities.
- How to structure expected content for the annual Board report to tell the story of the outcomes delivered by your organisation.
Please note that this session will feature a working exercise to build up a ‘live’ inventory of indicators and metrics to be used as part of the Consumer Duty Monitoring Framework.
