Research by the Money and Pensions Service has shown that many people entering the workplace for the first time, do so ill equipped to manage their money. This can lead to debt problems, affect their mental health and also find them suffering in the work place.

TISA’s new full-day Financial Literacy course will provide attendees with the basic tools and confidence to understand things such as their bank account, payslips how they are taxed and offer them something on budgeting, how to avoid being scammed and then start to save.

This course is ideal for anyone who is lacking confidence in their financial literacy or needs a boost in their knowledge. It has been designed in an interactive way that arms you with information rather than expecting you to do things a certain way. By the end of this session you will be able to make informed decisions, leading to more confidence in handling money and better wellbeing.
