ABOUT
This introductory Accessibility Training session provides a clear and practical foundation in inclusive design. Led by Molly Watt, a deafblind accessibility and inclusive design specialist, the session brings a powerful, human perspective to accessibility, combining lived experience with industry expertise.
Participants will explore what accessibility and inclusion mean in practice, why they matter for customers and organisations, and gain insight into a range of access needs. The session also offers a straightforward overview of key standards, including WCAG and the European Accessibility Act, leaving attendees more confident in recognising common barriers and knowing where to start when improving digital services.
