Florian Nitschke (Vice President)
Florian is a Vice President in the Regulatory Consulting team and has more than 11 years of experience working in regulatory and compliance roles within financial services. Florian spent 5 years as a Senior Associate at the FCA in various roles within the Markets Division. At Duff & Phelps, Florian is a senior member of the team focusing on Market Abuse and Market Conduct and corresponding systems and controls. He has worked closely with a broad variety of financial services firms, including Recognised Investment Exchanges, banks and investment firms as well as buy-side institutions on identifying and mitigating the market abuse risks they face. Florian also has substantial experience in carrying out regulatory reviews (S166) and preparing clients for regulatory visits and deep-dives.
