How can you support your staff to become more financially resilient? Introducing our latest course to build knowledge and confidence on personal finance matters.

Research by the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS)* has shown that many young people entering the workplace for the first time are not prepared for the money-related realities that lie ahead. This can lead to debt problems, affect their mental health and also find them suffering in the work place. Moreover, with the UK’s cost of living crisis, there is never been a more important time to support new staff to become more financially resilient.

TISA’s new full-day workshop on The Essentials of Money Management will provide attendees with the tools and confidence to make sense of everyday money matters, including budgeting, saving, investing, credit, borrowing, as well as how to avoid being scammed. The course aims to equip your new employees with the knowledge to make better financial decisions, including the benefits of starting to save early, however small the amount may be.
