TISA Resources – Vulnerable Customers

The Vulnerable Customers Working Group is working with charities and policymakers, continually looking for insights on how firms might improve the way they deal with all manner of customer vulnerabilities.

It is our intention to share what we have learned in a succinct manner, so that insights may be taken by member firms and deployed in their practice where they consider useful.

We would welcome any additional perspectives that members might have, and all are welcome to participate in our working group and share their knowledge and experience.
