Tim is a specialist in EMIR and SFTR regulatory reporting, providing advice to a broad range of firms including hedge funds, investment banks, asset managers, brokers and non-financial firms to enable them to meet trade reporting and regulatory requirements, implement fit-for-purpose and best practice approaches, as well as avoid regulatory scrutiny and enforcement action. He also runs a series of regulatory reporting training courses on behalf of a UK based trade repository and various trade associations.
