Cred Suisse London 5.5y UKX SPX 61% SYNTH ZERO – XS2543845775 – BPTH3G3
I can’t find any reference to that specific ISIN or Sedol (unsurprisingly if it’s a new issue).
Nevertheless, this investment clearly appears to be Credit Suisse linked notes which are treated as ‘securities’ for ISA qualification purposes. To qualify for ISA inclusion, either the security or the shares in the issuing company need to be listed on a recognised stock exchange or admitted to trading on a recognised stock exchange in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK (see ISA Guidance https://www.gov.uk/guidance/stocks-and-shares-investments-for-isa-managers#compsecur ).
In this case, the notes appear to being issued by Credit Suisse and the shares in Credit Suisse are listed on a recognised stock exchange so on that basis, the notes should qualify for stocks & shares ISA inclusion.
