Hosted by TISA, the Transfers Database is a free, secure, self‑service platform used across the industry by ISA managers and other financial firms. Its primary purpose is to provide a trusted, central source of verified transfer contact information, helping firms authenticate one another and ensure transfer requests are directed to the correct teams.
The database acts as a secure repository where firms can maintain their own transfer contact details, ensuring the wider industry has access to accurate, up‑to‑date information. This supports smoother, faster, and more reliable ISA transfers.
Key contacts for each firm are available within the database. To access these, firms must first register using the below link.
You do not need to be a TISA member to access the database.
Company Information
Contact & Escalation Directory
Postal & Courier Addresses
Working Hours
Transfer Requirements
Signature & Verification Methods
Payment & Settlement Details
If your firm is not currently listed in the transfers database, you will need to register it as a new ISA manager. Please complete the new information request with your company’s details. Once submitted, our team will review the information and add your firm to the database.
Each firm appoints one or more database managers who are responsible for keeping its details up to date. This includes maintaining contact information, updating company details, adding new users and managing user access.
If you’re unsure who your database manager is, please email isatransfers@tisa.uk.com with your company name and HMRC ISA manager reference number. We’ll confirm who your database manager(s) are or help you set one up.
To access the transfers database, log in to the secure portal using your email address and password. The link can be found further up this page. First‑time users may need to reset their password when logging in for the first time.
Please note that access to the TISA Member Area and the Transfers Database is separate. If you have permission for both, you will need to enter your login details independently for each area.
