✔ TISA’s FLP aims to enhance leadership in the UK Financial Services sector, by supporting TISA members with gaining the crucial skills and knowledge needed to become responsible and influential business leaders that can drive positive change for the industry.
✔ We empower business leaders, whether new or seasoned business executives, through an online professional development programme that provides CMI accreditation, as well as exclusive networking and peer-learning opportunities, supported by TISA.
✔ Led by BPP, our official programme provider and Assessment Register, who are authorised to draw down government funds to support organisations with apprenticeship training and development. At the end of our 15-month programme, participants achieve a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) accreditation and Apprentice
✔ An exclusive opportunity to join the first private cross-industry learning cohort of its kind with other TISA member firm business leaders – allowing for a very unique shared learning experience.
TISA’s FLP consists of a 15 month apprenticeship training programme, led by BPP, aimed at building and enhancing your capabilities as a manager. The programme will stretch and challenge you through professional one-to-one coaching and technical training to develop the skills required for an operations manager in a fast-changing environment. The programme embeds the knowledge and skills of coaching throughout the apprenticeship, providing a unique approach towards the development of leaders within the workplace. A series of coaching workshops will enable you to understand the principles of coaching methodologies, relate them to organisational scenarios and apply these skills and behaviours as part of your role. The learning programme will be supplemented by opportunities to network with your TISA cohort, as well as pre-scheduled opportunities to work in a collaborative industry setting with TISA.
Who is the programme for?
TISA’s FLP has been created for middle managers from any area in a business with three to five years of management experience, therefore this programme is ideal for: Operations Managers, Risk Managers, Compliance Managers, Product Managers, Department Managers or Specialist Managers. The list is not exhaustive, as long as you currently have managerial responsibility and ambition to be a senior leader, this could be suitable for you.

Eligibility to apply
✔ Cross-industry cohort: The opportunity to join the first private cohort of its kind with other TISA members, allowing for a unique shared learning experience and peer support that provides different perspectives on your apprenticeship journey.
✔ Government backed funding: This learning programme is covered by the government levy fund, which means if your employer is signed up to the levy, 95% of the course fee is covered i.e. you only pay £450 of the £9,000 course fee.
✔ Flexible learning and study modes: Online live teaching and performance coaching, professional workshops, and work-based projects. Its comprehensive scope makes it an ideal choice for busy working professionals. You’ll explore topics crucial for effective leadership and team growth, which you can apply to your everyday role.
✔ Enriched by TISA: The programme will be supplemented by exclusive networking, industry exposure and learning opportunities from TISA.
