This is a sub fund of Aspect UCITS Fund plc which is a UCITS compliant Irish fund recognised by the FCA and it is part of the TMPR
For Overseas funds (like this one), If a fund is recognised by the FCA (or is part of the new temporary permissions regime – TPR), it will qualify for ISA inclusion if it is either a UCITS compliant fund (for EEA domiciled funds) or if it passes the ISA bi-monthly test for the redemption of its shares/units (for non-EEA domiciled funds or non-UCITS EEA domiciled funds). The key point remains that for ISA qualification purposes, an overseas fund needs to have recognised status via the FCA’s Financial Services Register (this one is clearly on the FCA register as a recognised fund).
The fact the fund being suitable for investors who hold their investments for the medium to long-term including a medium to high-risk investment in their portfolio doesn’t affect its ISA qualifying status.
