This is an exchange traded fund (ETF). For ISA purposes, the listing of the underlying shares in the fund isn’t actually relevant. The key requirement is that the fund itself meets the necessary ISA criteria for ISA qualifying EEA registered funds (referred to as ‘recognised UCITS’).
This fund (see link below to FCA Register) is a sub-fund of the Lyxor Multi-Units Luxembourg fund which is a Luxembourg UCITS fund which is part of the FCA’s Temporary Marketing Permissions Regime (TMPR) and does, therefore, meet the ISA requirements of a ‘recognised UCITS’ fund (see link below). For that reason, the fund is ISA qualifying and any share classes offered within the fund are automatically ISA qualifying.
