The common shares in Enad Global 7 (EG7) are traded on the First north Stockholm exchange (renamed as OMX exchanges some time ago) they will qualify for ISA inclusion.
The NASDAQ OMX Helsinki, Stockholm and Copenhagen Stock Exchanges are recognised stock exchanges (see relevant text below from Table 1 of the recognised stock exchanges).
The First North segment is recorded in the ‘not listed’ column in the same way as ‘AIM’ is. So, shares traded on the First North segment of the exchange don’t meet the definition of ‘listed’ on a recognised stock exchange but, like AIM traded shares, do meet the definition of being ‘admitted to trading on a recognised stock exchange in the EEA or the UK’. So, they are ISA qualifying for that reason.
