The Bern Exchange listing still maintain its ISA status if “dual listed” on a HMRC recognised stock exchange (the below stock exchanges for AGM Critical Metal shares are HMRC Recognised stock exchange – RSE).
Regarding ‘dual listing’ status,as long as one of those listings meet the ISA qualifying criteria the shares can be purchased through any exchange (including the Bern Exchange – not an RSE).
The key point is that it is the same shares that are being traded on both exchanges (albeit different Sedol’s- only one ISIN code).
