This is a US domiciled ETF and, as mentioned above, for it to be ISA qualifying, it would need to be ‘recognised’ by the FCA. We would check this by using the ‘Fund Search’ on the FCA’s Financial Services Register (see link below). If you check, you will see that there is no record of this fund on the FCA Register so, on that basis, it won’t be ISA qualifying.
Please note, however, that there is a similar Dublin registered ETF recognised by the FCA (see link below) which will be ISA qualifying. We’re not experts on this but we do see this occasionally.
