We would expect this fund to be ISA qualifying as a recognised UCITS fund, but we are not able to provide a definitive response as there is no record (for whatever reason) on the FCA Register.
According to the Factsheet/evidence (links below) this sub fund is authorised in Ireland and a key ISA requirement (as you know) is to be on the FCA register to qualify for ISA inclusion and this one isn’t.
Therefore we believe it’s not approved by the FCA, and therefore not ISA eligible.
