BJ0LRD7 – IM00BJ0LRD77 – APOLLON FORMULARIE ORD NPV

April 4, 2023

The ISA rules for ‘qualifying shares’ state that the share must be either listed on a recognised stock exchange or admitted to trading on a recognised stock exchange in the EEA or UK.

The Aquis Stock Exchange is a recognised stock exchange (as per Table 1 below).

The confusing thing is that column 3 is titled ‘Not Listed’ so a share traded on the AQSE Growth Market is NOT listed on a recognised stock exchange but it IS admitted to trading on a recognised stock exchange and because the Aquis Stock Exchange is UK based exchange, a share traded on the Growth Market would meet the ISA criteria of being ‘admitted to trading on a recognised stock exchange in the EEA or UK’.
