For ISA purposes, closed-ended investment funds/companies are treated like any other ‘company’. So, the question is whether the shares in the company meet the usual listing/trading criteria.

If it is a closed-ended fund, then it’s treated as a ‘company’ for ISA purposes. Also, if you see the word ‘Cell company’, it usually means that its some kind of closed-ended investment company.

Destiny Tech is “admitted to trading” on the Börse Frankfurt Stock Exchange (see link below), so will qualify for ISA inclusion.
