In terms of the ‘CDI’ or DI issue, this is a red herring and not relevant. The ‘descriptor’ on the London Stock Exchange clearly describes this as an “equity” (common shares) being traded/listed.
The reference to the CDI or DI is simply referring to the mechanism and use of a depository interest within CREST to facilitate the electronic settlement. So, any reference to DI or CDI in this way on the London Stock Exchange is irrelevant.
This is showing as an equity/common share on the LSE on the “AIM segment” (see link below) so will qualify for ISA inclusion by virtue of being a share that is admitted to trading on a recognised stock exchange in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK.
