If we accept the confirmation in the fund’s Q&A document (link/text below) that this is a collective investment scheme, it can only qualify for ISA inclusion if it is recognised by the FCA (ie. the usual rules we would look at for non-UK funds) and the fund clearly doesn’t have this recognition (which you would expect as it’s an ‘unregulated’ collective investment scheme) therefore, it will not be ISA qualifying.
For the purposes of, and as contemplated by, the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, the Fund is an unregulated collective investment scheme and, accordingly, its promotion in the UK is restricted by law.
