In terms of the First Trust fund, there is evidence of a US domiciled fund (first link below) but this fund could only qualify for ISA inclusion if it was ‘recognised’ by the FCA which it isn’t. There is a Irish domiciled UCITS fund named the First Trust Global Funds plc (second link below) which is an umbrella fund and is ISA qualifying meaning that all its sub funds are ISA qualifying but there is not a First Trust Multi Cap Growth AlphaDEX sub fund.
So, on that basis, the First Trust fund will not be ISA qualifying.
