Incanthera plc – GB00BGL7YW15
To qualify for ISA inclusion, a share has to be officially listed on a recognised stock exchange (see ISA Guidance https://www.gov.uk/guidance/stocks-and-shares-investments-for-isa-managers#shareinv) or, from 5 August 2013, admitted to trading on a recognised stock exchange in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK. This share appears to be admitted to trading on the AQSE Growth Market therefore, on that basis, it should qualify for stocks & shares ISA inclusion.
The recognised stock exchange list is rather confusing, example AIM shares that appear NOT LISTED column, the shares will still qualify for ISA inclusion if the stock exchange is in a country which is a member of the EEA or UK.
