There are numerous Lumyna funds that are recognised on the FCA Register and although I would have expected to see this as a ‘recognised’ fund, it doesn’t appear to have applied to join the Temporary Marketing Permissions Regime (TMPR) despite being a UCITS compliant fund in Luxembourg.
Funds that haven’t applied to join the TMPR can still apply to the FCA for recognised status although they would be recognised under section 236A FSMA2000. In either case, the fund does need to have FCA recognised status to be ISA eligible and this fund doesn’t appear to have that (assuming the FCA Register is up to date) so, on that basis, they will not be ISA qualifying.
