To qualify for stocks & shares ISA inclusion, government securities need to be issued by (or on behalf of) a government in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK. This will include UK Gilt Edged Securities (GILTS) or GILT strips.
So, all UK gilts (gilt edge securities) and UK treasury bills stocks are ISA qualifying.
UK treasury bills will qualify for ISA inclusion as will government issued bonds/securities by any of the European Economic Area (EEA) including the UK.
