BLOG: MEMBER SURVEY 2025 RESULTS: TISA RETAINS GOLD AWARD!

At the end of last year, IIC conducted our annual 360-degree assessment of the experience TISA offers by capturing the perception of our key stakeholders: our members (customers), employees, and management, with an independent IIC review.
A big thank you to everyone who took part in TISA’s Membership Survey for 2025, conducted by Investor in Customers (IIC). We are delighted that TISA was awarded a Gold Award for a second year running, with increased scores across all survey principles from our members, compared to 2024.
Feedback showed that members value TISA’s engagement opportunities, range of support services and guidance on technical/ regulatory issues, as well as recognising TISA’s unique position in shaping the industry.

“Of all the associations I’ve been involved with, TISA stands out as having the most positive impact. They truly are a voice in the industry and continue to make a real difference. Their dedication and commitment to our field is unmatched, and it’s evident in the progress and influence they have achieved, their incredible efforts and success in shaping our industry for the better.”
A Company That Cares Award – NEW!
As part of the 360-degree review and long-standing methodology from IIC’s assessment, TISA has also received A Company That Cares Award – this demonstrates TISA has our customers (members) best interests at heart and that we adhere to the core principles of consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences.
IIC Member Rating
Our member rating has increased to 8.64 (8.54 last year), with consistent scores across all principles, themes and sectors.

IIC principal scores from members in more detail
The IIC score is made up of four core areas of how our members (customers) perceive TISA, as detailed below. We were delighted to see gold ratings for all 4 measures overall(when taking the averages).

Net Promoter Score
We also saw a slight increase in our member Net Promoter Score (NPS)*, which rose from +69 to +72% this year.

Overall, TISA member satisfaction was mostly driven by
- Range of services
- Breadth of knowledge (from TISA staff and other members)
- Support and guidance (especially technical and regulatory issues)
- Influence on industry development/shaping
Members still value most benefits and engagement opportunities that are available to them and recognise TISA’s unique position in the market.

* NPS measures the loyalty of customers to a company, first developed in 2003 by Bain and Company now used by millions of businesses to measure and track how they’re perceived by their customers. NPS scores are measured with a single question survey and reported with a number from -100 to +100. A higher score is desirable.
