Background

At TISA we have a vision that financial wellbeing should be achievable for everyone, and that we all have a social and economic interest in re-establishing a saving culture in the UK. In the digital age we believe that young people have an opportunity to show the rest of society the way forward, how to create effective marketing messages and to exert an influence in the digital age.

Members of TISA’s Savings Culture working group are proposing a competition for teams of undergraduate students to develop marketing campaigns that promote saving amongst their peer group. We see this as an opportunity to forge employability links between the financial services industry and the educational sector, to encourage young people to consider a career in financial services, and to promote a more financially resilient society.
