A FREE service hosted by TISA to provide ISA Managers a Secure Area to store Transfer Contact Information

Our upcoming ISA Events and Training offered by TISA that may be relevant to users of the Transfers Database

ACCESS TO THE TISA MEMBER AREA AND THE TRANSFERS DATABASE IS SEPARATE. IF YOU HAVE ACCESS TO BOTH, YOUR LOGIN DETAILS MUST BE INPUT SEPARATELY INTO EACH RELEVANT AREA TO ACCESS.

TISA hosts the transfers database, used by ISA managers and the wider industry to provide authentication of transfer contacts and a secure area to store transfer contact information.

This is a free service provided by TISA, there is no requirement for TISA membership to use or access the transfers database.

Under no circumstances should any contact details from the transfers database be passed directly onto customers.

What information is stored on the transfers database?

A list of ISA managers, validated using the HMRC list of authorised ISA managers, is maintained and companies are invited to provide day to day and escalation contact details along with other information relevant to transfers such as:

How do I add information for my company to the transfers database?

To provide new information for the transfers database in respect of a new/existing ISA manager not currently showing any contact details please complete the new information request form and we will process once received.

How do I update information for my company on the transfers database?

Each company is invited to set up a ‘database manager’ who will be responsible for maintaining their data on an ongoing basis. This includes updating contact and company details, adding new users and managing user access.

If you do not know who your database manager is please email isatransfers@tisa.uk.com including your company name and HMRC ISA manager reference number to find out who yours is (or to create one).

How do I access the transfers database?

You will need to log on to the secure database to access the transfers database. Simply click the following link and enter your email address and password.

First time users may need to reset their password at first logon.
