The transfers database can be used as a source of information for any special working arrangements managers have in place during the Covid-19 disruption period.
Those wishing to provide details of special working arrangements should email email@example.com and this will be uploaded to the ‘Additional Information’ field should the database manager not be able to do this directly. An email will then be sent to users detailing all new updates received.
Please note TISA will not be sending individual communications in relation to special working arrangements.
TISA hosts the transfers database, used by ISA managers and the wider industry to provide authentication of transfer contacts and a secure area to store transfer contact information.
This is a free service provided by TISA, there is no requirement for TISA membership to use or access the transfers database.
A list of ISA managers, validated using the HMRC list of authorised ISA managers, is maintained and companies are invited to provide day to day and escalation contact details along with other information relevant to transfers such as:
The database also contains SUN details for those providers participating in the BACS electronic ISA transfers initiative – please find details here.
To provide new information for the transfers database in respect of a new/existing ISA manager not currently showing any contact details please complete the new information request form and email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Each company is invited to set up a ‘database manager’ who will be responsible for maintaining their data on an ongoing basis. This includes updating contact and company details, adding new users and managing user access.
If you do not know who your database manager is please email email@example.com including your company name and HMRC ISA manager reference number to find out who yours is (or to create one).
You will need to log on to the secure database to access the transfers database. Simply click the following link and enter your email address and password.
First time users may need to reset their password at first logon.
