Day 1 revisited the launch of TISA’s Member Documents area, introduced earlier this year to give members easier access to exclusive research and the latest Best Practice Guides. Built in response to member feedback, the area has helped make the member experience smoother and key documents easier to find.
Day 2 celebrated the work of TISA’s training team and programme. During the year, we delivered 180 hours of online CPD training through 54 workshops, with 397 registered delegates from across our membership and wider customer base.
We also introduced new courses including AI Decoded, Sandbox Innovation, FCA Culture and a new CASS course, all designed to support teams with up-to-date regulatory knowledge and industry best practice. A special thank you was shared with our expert trainers for their continued contribution to professional development.
Day 3 reflected on member feedback and what our members value most. Following the 2024 Annual Member Survey, TISA was awarded the Investor in Customers Gold Badge, with 97 percent of respondents likely to recommend TISA and an average rating of 8.54.
Members highlighted networking and knowledge sharing, lobbying, regulatory support, staying up to date with industry change and specialist CASS and ISA support as the areas they value most. Later in the year, TISA was also recognised with the Investor in Customers Company that Cares Award, reflecting our ongoing commitment to supporting members.
Day 4 highlighted TISA’s technical support service, widely used by members for confidential guidance on ISAs, regulatory matters and industry best practice.
This year the team handled around 2,000 member queries, issued over 20 technical bulletins and supported the introduction of Long Term Asset Funds and Cryptoasset Exchange Traded Notes into ISAs, as well as ongoing work on digital ISA reporting.
The team continues to work closely with member firms and HMRC to ensure a smooth transition to new regulations.

Looking ahead, further engagement is planned to continue lobbying for positive change and better outcomes for UK consumers.
