Regulations are usually contained in ‘Statutory Instruments’ (SIs) to which amendments are made from time to time. Unfortunately the amending SIs simply give instructions on what changes need to be made, rather than updating the previous version. As a service to member firms and the wider industry, TISA publishes a consolidated version of various regulations, the current version(s) of which can be accessed using the links below.
